I had a wonderful experience with this post-pregnancy wholesome ladoos delivery service and would highly recommend it to every new mum looking for nutritious, comforting and hassle-free ladoos during the postnatal period.

The postnatal care items were thoughtfully prepared with good-quality ingredients and delivered straight to my sister’s doorstep, making those busy and exhausting early days so much easier. Every ladoo tasted fresh, wholesome and genuinely homemade, with the right balance of flavour and nourishment.

I was especially impressed with the on-time and fast delivery. The ordering process was simple and hassle-free, which is exactly what a new mother or a sister living overseas needs, when they wanted to get love and care delivered to India.

The quality, freshness, taste and attention to postnatal care really stood out. It felt like having a lovingly prepared homemade ladoos without the effort of planning, shopping and cooking.

A fantastic service for new mums and families during the post-pregnancy recovery period. Highly recommended! Thank you Maa Mitahara team ❤️

Why this one

Why mothers choose this pregnancy laddu

Three honest reasons, not twenty vague ones.

01

It tastes of something

At this stage many sweets can taste flat or cloying. Orange zest and cardamom give this a sharp, fresh finish that a plain dry-fruit laddu doesn't have.

02

Iron with vitamin C alongside it

Dates, cacao and pumpkin seeds bring the iron. The orange brings vitamin C, which helps the body take up iron from plant foods.

03

Nothing you have to look up

No preservatives, no refined sugar, no additives. Every ingredient is listed above with how much of it is in there.

Questions

Questions about this pregnancy laddu

Is this laddu safe to eat after delivery?

Every ingredient is a common Indian kitchen food and the full list is on this page. There are no herbal extracts. Please show the ingredient list to your own doctor, especially if you have gestational diabetes or a high-risk pregnancy.

Will it help with morning sickness?

We can't promise that, and we won't. What mothers tell us is that the citrus and cardamom make it easier to eat than a plain sweet laddu on a bad day. If your nausea is severe or you cannot keep fluids down, please speak to your doctor.

How much sugar is in a pregnancy laddu?

No added sugar. The sugar comes from dates and orange. If you are managing gestational diabetes, take the nutrition table to your doctor or dietitian before ordering.

How much iron does one laddu contain?

About 1.9 mg per laddu, roughly 7% of the 27 mg recommended daily in pregnancy by ICMR-NIN. This is a food, not an iron supplement, and it does not replace anything your doctor has prescribed.

Can I return it if I don't like the taste?

Because this is fresh food with no preservatives, we can't accept returns on opened packs. If your order arrives damaged or short, send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Not sure which one to pick?

Message us on WhatsApp. Tell us which week you are in and we will tell you honestly which laddu fits, including if the answer is none of them.

Right product?

Is this the right pregnancy laddu for your stage?

If you're between stages, here is the honest comparison. Sending you to a different product is cheaper for us than a return.
