Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

  • We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 working days

  • Remote / Difficult-to-Access Areas: 7–10 working days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹40 will be applied for orders below ₹999.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will have an additional handling fee of ₹100.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.

  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or app.

5. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • If your pin code is not serviceable, our customer service team will contact you for alternatives.

6. Delivery Issues

Please check your package upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if:

  • The package is damaged or tampered with.

  • The wrong product is delivered.

  • The product is past its expiry date.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
