Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 working days

Remote / Difficult-to-Access Areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

A flat shipping fee of ₹40 will be applied for orders below ₹999.

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will have an additional handling fee of ₹100.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.

You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or app.
5. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

If your pin code is not serviceable, our customer service team will contact you for alternatives.
6. Delivery Issues
Please check your package upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if:

The package is damaged or tampered with.

The wrong product is delivered.

The product is past its expiry date.
7. International Shipping
