What is Maamitahara's Shipping Policy?
Maamitahara is committed to deliver your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 4-6 working days once the order is placed except on weekends or on public holidays. We deliver to all the locations across the world.
Shipping Restriction:
Any items notified by delivery company to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).
Important Information:
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within time shown on the product page. However, a delay of 72 hours is possible in case of unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
When do we deliver?
All domestic orders are shipped by Courier Company between 9am – 6pm, Monday to Saturday. It takes a maximum of 7 days for national shipping.
International Shipping:
Maamitahara delivers globally and assures that the best possible courier agencies are used to deliver your product.
Shipping Rules
- All orders placed post 12:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch within 24 hours only and delivered to you within 3 to 4 Working Days (in case of EXPRESS SHIPPING) and 5 to 7 Working Days (in case of FREE SHIPPING).
- Any order placed/ booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 12:00 pm will be automatically processed for dispatch on Monday or on Next Working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday, on any Government Holidays, during Festivals or when the Business is not operating. Hence we have restricted dispatch timelines due to limited shelf life of our products.
- Orders booked during any festival month, might be delayed in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.
- Shipping Details Filled while booking the order should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of customers only.
- In case of, tampered/damaged or any suspicious mishandling of the parcel before receiving/final delivery, either kindly don’t accept the order or if accepted then leave the required remarks on the POD (Proof of Delivery) before signing of the parcel. Also, make a video/ & proof of the unboxing of the parcel in any of the above circumstances, so necessary action can be taken against the said shipping partner.
- (*) Express Shipping is available to the mentioned states only : Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, West Bengal.
- (*) In case you are not from the above mentioned STATES, we recommend you to opt for FREE SHIPPING only.
- (*) Under Express Shipping the delivery will be done in 3 to 4 Working Days only under Normal Circumstances. (MaaMitahara will not be liable for delayed deliveries due to any local festivals, local holiday, government restrictions, agitations, riots, strikes, delivery office closures, accidents, delayed or cancelled flights etc.)
- (*) If your order is not delivered to you in 3 to 4 Working Days (only under normal circumstances), the CHARGES for Express Delivery will be refunded to the customer in 5 to 7 Working Days.
